Join the Blood Bank
Why join? If you or anyone covered by your membership plan needed a blood transfusion, the Blood Bank would pay the cost of replacing it. Non-members are billed for any blood they use or must replace the blood used.
To join the Blood Bank's individual plan, please call (888) 8-BLOOD-8 or (888) 825-6638 to receive an enrollment form, or ask your employer for group enrollment information.
You may also print an individual enrollment form and mail it to us.
