Medical Technologist/MLT -Full-Time & Part-Time

M.T. or MLT needed to process and test blood and blood products for quality and safety. Highly automated work environment, terrific lab team!            DAY HOURS. Degree in Medical Technology required. ASCP certification required. Blood Collection - Part-Time

BBD is looking for staff to collect blood from donors primarily on mobile operations in New Castle County, Kent, Sussex and surrounding counties. Successful candidate will learn to interview and draw blood from donors under strict FDA guidelines. Schedule is non-routine and includes early mornings, afternoons, evenings and Saturdays. Applicants must be flexible to a variable schedule. Successful candidates will have excellent customer service skills, outstanding communication skills, exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, as well as the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
